Can't find it anywhere. 
If it is a map cstrike, try to copy/paste an existing small wad located in your cstrike directory and rename it at king2.wad.
Try your map and see if it works.
If it is for another HL mod, folow the above instructions in your mod root's directory.

OK ALL WORK BUT I SAW IN TEXTURES KING2.WAD IT DOES NOT WORK
