An edited csgo.fgd with most of the errors fixed.

Corrections :

. Fix the model errors for the guns.
. Fix the model errors for terrorist models.
. Remove the func_ladder from the editor

Installation :

Put csgo.fgd in your steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\bin folder.
