May I open mappers zone to all registered mappers or only for judges?

I thought it would be the place for map's polls, but we can get it for exchanging with them during contest.

What do you think?

No because they might add their vote, and it should be here in Judjes category, they may ask questions or sth like this, there you would post the result?
