You should have notice that I have coded a new page for user's profile.

You can access this page each time you see a member link.

For example, my profile page is this one:

You can see that there are points given to members.

This is still an experimentation and there is nothing to win. It's just for fun and competitivity

It is interesting to look where you can own points and to see how you can increase your rank.

This feature is still in test and developpement. For example i've got a problem for the update of ranking (once a day) which require more than half an hour to calculate.

I will soon add profile link in main menu and a users cat in 17b awards.


But you can report bugs or comments here.

Just for information:

• Create a map: 250 pts
• Upload a map: 50 pts
• Upload a main screen for a map: 40 pts
• Upload a wad: 30 pts
• Upload a secondary screenshot for a map: 10 pts
• Note a map: 15 pts for each different map,
• Post a comment for a map: 20 pts (add 20 pts for a rated comment and 20 pts for a video Id): 20 => 60pts
• Post a message in forum: 2 pts,
• Post a message in shoutbox: 1 pt
• Friends accepted: 6 pts/friend
• Friends required: 3 pts/friend
• Donation: 200 pts/€
• Site Activity: -500 pts for each month of non-activity on 17b.

Those rates are still in test and could be modified (waiting for your comments).

I will add a 'misc' category asap. In this category, 17b team could give points to members that have done special things or anything else for 17b (translations, help other members, help debugging a tool, etc,...).
