[bug] Wad Titles Contain Dot Suffix Options

All .WAD files uploaded after 09-06-2017, contain '.' at the end of their title.
URL also contains extra '.'

This also effects .res file, created with 17buddies php script.
de_arctic.wad is commented out, even though .wad is present inside the archive & on website
