Hello,

My name is UCI and I have been running the m3 CS 1.6 community since 2010.

We have a few servers, but our most popular is our FUN server with 1300+ maps.

I am starting a new project, an all maps historical server for CS 1.6. The goal is simple - to have every published map for CS 1.6 on it.

I am already working with sites such as gamebanana and cs-bg to grab their collection of CS 1.6 maps, but I would also like to acquire a copy of 17B's CS 1.6 maps.

Obviously, downloading every map from any website one by one is infeasible, which is why I would like to talk to a site admin about receiving a copy of their CS 1.6 resources.

Thanks!

Hi,

The short answer is: no.

Unless this would be the last resort, the original owner is against giving a full dump for the simple reason that this website has a long history behind. A lot of effort has been made to create this website for everyone and a lot of people contributed to fill it with resources. Even if the community died, I believe some people still like this website as it is, and it seems people continue to contribute as well. Maybe some people will want to maintain/modernize the website and to revive the community. The website will continue to be online as long as possible. If it happens it won't be possible anymore and that no one care, then yes, we will provide a way to share all the data.

You can use your Mapbox to avoid downloading maps one by one ;-)
