Naming Convention : bhop_m_<mapname>

Q: What is bhop_m?
A: bhop_m is a new standard for bhop modded maps, it is designed for bhop modded maps to play, you will require a bhop plugin in order to play those maps.

Q: Ok you've decided to make bhop modded maps, what is the format and rules?
A: The naming convention for bhop modded maps is bhop_m_<mapname> and the rules are that it the map requires a bhop plugin in order to play, other rules apply too see this thread Here.

Q: I hear there are bhop_ maps and now bhop_m, what is the difference between the two?
A: The differences are for identity purposes, bhop_ can be jumping maps or bhop modded maps while bhop_m is strictly for bhop modded maps this is to remove the confusion with players trying to identify which maps require mods ot not.

Q: What Bhop plugins are available and which are supported?
A: Today there are 3 bhop plugins available but only 2 of them are supported, they are:

Q: Are there bhop modded maps available to play?
A: Yes currently only a small amount of maps have been designed so far, stay tuned for more bhop modded maps

Atm in Australia we have a small community comprising of players who reguarly bhop, we don't have a website to expand the community, Brazil is also another country with many players who have adapted to bhop modded maps but unfortunately the majority of the players aren't using the settings that were enforced eg. using 200+fps when the maps are designed for 131fps. and servers allowing autobhopping when it shouldn't.

A community is needed to expand the concept of the idea but in Australia we do get players but we lack support at the moment as we don't currently have a website to facilitate bhopping and potential new commers and as for world records there are videos posted on youtube but the majority are rejected as they are not using the legal settings as recommended by the creators of bhop modded maps.

So in a sense I think bhop mod has ideas and goals and potential to become a defacto standard like surfing and kreedz jumping it's just that with bhop mod we lack the fundamentals to make it viable in other words we need some help getting it off the ground.

You can help by telling friends, game admins etc theres a new gamemode for counter-strike and it's called bhop mod and hopefully a community can be built based upon that.
