[css] Removing Dark Bars In Spectator Mode |

As you know, we refuse main screenshots made in spectator mode due to the two dark bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
In CSS, you can suppress those two bars by typing "hidepanel all" in the console while in spectator mode. Note that console will be visible only if you enter "-console" in CSS launch options. |
