I uploaded a map but I want to update it with a new fixed version. How can I do that? Or can I somehow delete the old map?

Since this doesn't cause your described map differ errors - why should he rename it? Funny thing with the missing update here (which I already mentioned): The sky texture files are provided within the download (and take disc space of 17b as well as of every user downloadling) but wouldn't appear ingame because of the outdated file.
