I don't know is it the right form/way to ask this, but I'm still very interested. It's a very handy tool.
So do 17B team plan/interested to make a Linux version of HLBox17b? I asking this cause: 1. Most of the GoldSrc and Source engine based games are available on Linux too. 2. I think I'm not the only one who use Linux distros for playing and doing any other stuffs what are related with these games. 3. I tried the Windows version on Linux, but it has massive .NET Framework dependencies, so it's unusable. I create this new topic because I did not find any further information about my questions. If I did it in the wrong way please remove it, or move it to the right section. This post has been edited by ViBE: 24/05/2014 - 20:35:41 |

Better than ever. I'm using Ubuntu and the game's (especially Valve games) performance is better than the Windows version. I have an Optimus configuration and the Intel driver is much better on Linux, so I usually play CS with just the Intel HD3000. Another good example is TF2 cause it runs well with HD3000 on medium graphics settings. I'm pretty satisfied. |
