Пишет ошибку
Причина:
У вас нет прав открытия тем в этом форуме
Лично я не могу создать тему.

Боюсь что мой перевод будет неправильным - поэтому не переводил.
Думал если http://forum.17buddies.net/index.php?showtopic=13071&st=0#entry1082278 - значит можно писать на русском

"Plugins" is a forum, not a menu.

It is reserved to 17b team when posting plugins tutorials or faq.

At this time, nothing has been posted in this forum and perhaps should it be deleted.

If you want to post something about plugins, try perhaps "http://forum.17buddies.net/index.php?showforum=29"
